This year, we have launched the AIG Broker Academy. Throughout 2018, we have 11 learning opportunity sessions focusing on different insurance products, topics and trends. The goal of the AIG Academy is simple; to help our valued broker partners become more successful in meeting their client’s needs.
Whether you’re experienced or just starting out, you can participate in our training to enhance product knowledge, develop sales skills and ultimately advance your career. We’ll also support you with tools to help you save time, improve service experiences and grow your business. The AIG Ireland team is committed to supporting you and we will always be striving to make it even easier to conduct business with us.
Training is provided by our in-house experienced underwriters who are specialists in their product fields. We strive to make our presentations as interactive and current as possible. To help you present our products and services as powerfully as possible to your customers, we also provide a stream of sales and marketing tools, including sales playbooks, videos etc.
Feedback from the 1st two sessions has been extremely positive with 80% of participants rating the training 5/5 and 20% rating of 4/5.
