If you purchased your insurance from AIG for the first time as a new business customer on or after the 25th of June, you can avail of our new MyAIG account which allows you to manage your insurance policy online. If you do need to talk to us about this please call 1890 27 27 27.
If you were an existing AIG insurance customers before this date, 25th June, and have renewed your policy since, please note that the My AIG Account is not currently available. However we'll be making this option available to customers shortly. Please bear with us. We’ll write to you as soon as this is available.
Your policy schedule is not only important to have, but also provides you with much more information; your 'No Claims Discount' when you took the policy up, any 'Named Drivers' on your policy, your payment arrangements and much more, including additional cover options you may have added to your policy.
If you have Breakdown Assistance within your Car Insurance cover and your car breaks down or is involved in an accident, we will send somebody to assist you, providing up to one hour’s free labour at the roadside.

Once you buy an AIG policy, you have 14 days peace of mind, knowing you can change your mind without any penalties. After 14 days you can still cancel your policy but some charges may apply.
Often other brokers - including comparison sites - allow you to buy AIG insurance through them. Should you have any problems with your insurance policy, you should contact your broker directly and they will be able to assist you.
