AIG “Voice of the Customer” Research Prize Draw Terms and Conditions

Online Renewal Incentive, Voice of Customer Feedback & General Surveys

1st January 2023 to 31st December 2023

• Competition period January 1st 2023 to December 31^st  2023 inclusive – for AIG Direct, AIG Golfer and AIG BoxClever car and home renewal customers only.
• Five prizes of a One4all €100 voucher for car & home insurance customers, per month, that renew their policy online at aig.ie/renewals – during the competition period.
• Three prizes of a One4all €100 voucher  for car and home insurance customers who respond to our voice of the customer survey and provide feedback  via AIG Medallia survey  
• For Voice of Customer and Online Renewals - the customer’s policy must be “active” when the competition prize is issued
• NTU Survey - Five prizes of a One4all €100 voucher for consumers who respond to our Not Taken Up customer research survey in Quarter 1 2023   
• One competition prize, only , of a  €100 One4all voucher per individual car and home policy holder only or individual survey respondent
• Customers will be chosen at random from all policies that renew during the competition period, each month, or offer Voice of Customer feedback on Medallia
• Prizes will be sent out within 60 days.
• This competition voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other AIG offer.
• No alternative prize is available and the prize is non-transferable.
• The name of the winners of our online renewals competition will be listed on our website www.aig.ie

NOTE - Winning customers will be required to give consent to AIG to share their full name, postal address, and email address with One4all (GVS) for fulfilment purposes only.
