5 benefits of our new eLearning platform:

More Extensive

Over 300 modules including: a wide range of RoSPA approved, SCORM compliant health and safety courses; NCSC certified cyber awareness and resilience training and a host of workplace skill modules. These include: Communication & Social Skills, Sales, Marketing & Customer Services, Management & Leadership, Personal Development and mental health and safeguarding.

More Engaging

The intuitive graphical interface makes it easy to browse and display from the extensive range of courses. Employees can jump straight into their chosen course from any connected device. The gamification, videos, quizzes, factsheets and workbooks help make the learning entertaining and easy to absorb, while users can track their own individual CPD progress.

Customisable

Businesses can create and deliver their own company training material through the system by using the built-in eLearning authoring tool. New content can be introduced to support new product and service initiatives, and bespoke learning plans supported by learning needs analysis tools, can be created for specific groups of employees within the organisation.

Highly reportable

The powerful reporting functionality allows managers to track the compliance of individuals, groups or of the entire organisation. Skill gaps can be identified and learning content can be targeted to head off any compliance issues before they occur. Compliance reports can be easily exported for regulatory bodies to provide evidence of competency and certification.

Complimentary

We know from our long experience how such training can reduce accidents and drive down the overall cost of risk. Any AIG Casualty clients who have used our legacy learning system since October 2020 have complimentary access for all of their Irish employees to the entire suite of over 300 eLearning courses.
