During your policy period, you may have bought or received something new or valuable to you. Often this means that you'll want to ensure this is added to your home contents insurance. Once we are informed of the item you wish to add, we can add this to your policy to be covered on an 'all risks' basis. This may affect your premium and will mean that we will send you an updated policy schedule and receipt for adding this item to your policy.
*Any information submitted will not take effect until our service team has responded to your request.
If you need a copy of your documents or didn't receive your documents by email you should always let us know as soon as possible so that we can reissue these to you. We also keep a copy of our policy wordings available online on our home page in case you need to view this in a hurry. It's important that your email address is valid and available to receive emails upon submitting this request.
Please see our Terms Of Business Agreement document for details on our charges. You will need to pay any charges due, and accept any terms and conditions changes, prior to any changes being made to your policy.
